Customer Call Center Operations

The Customer Support Team receives all inquiries from our customers through the 1-800-RiteAid phone line. This dedicated team of knowledgeable, caring associates supports the organization's customer service initiatives by forwarding our customer's comments or concerns to the appropriate Regional Vice Presidents or Corporate Executives for response and resolution.

Pharmacy Services:

The Rite Aid Pharmacy Services team places reminder calls to our customers in order to promote patient compliance in continuing their medication therapy as prescribed by their doctor. A telephone call is placed to the patient 1-5 days after a medication is due for a refill and we will offer to have the medication refilled and ready for them at their local Rite Aid Pharmacy. We offer a variety of Full and Part Time shifts from 8:30 am to 12:00 am.
