Pierre Legault, 47, joined Rite Aid as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, on June 4, 2007, with the completion of Rite Aid's acquisition of the Brooks and Eckerd drugstore chains. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of The Jean Coutu Group, running its Brooks Eckerd operations from January 2006 until March 2007. For 16 years he held a variety of senior management positions with Sanofi-Aventis and predecessor companies.
