Jim Mastrian, 64, is Special Advisor, Corporate Strategy to the Chairman, President and CEO. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer since 2005. Joining Rite Aid in 1998, he served in various senior executive positions responsible for category management, marketing, logistics and pharmacy services before being named COO. Prior to Rite Aid, he was Senior Executive Vice President, Merchandising and Marketing for OfficeMax, Inc. and Executive Vice President, Marketing of Revco D.S., Inc.
