Rite Aid has surplus properties located on the East and West Coast. While many sites are primarily located in shopping centers, we do have freestanding and downtown locations, as well as raw land. Locations range from 400 square feet to over 250,000 square feet.
Most properties are leased by Rite Aid and are available on a sublease basis. Rite Aid also owns numerous properties that are available on a lease or sale basis. Special consideration may be given to companies who have an interest in subletting multiple locations, but single location users are encouraged to contact us as well.
Our existing broker network welcomes outside broker participation.
