All entries must be postmarked by August 28, 2010 and received by September 2, 2010. Mail-in Envelopes larger than a standard #10 envelope will be automatically disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, misdirected or postage due entries which will be disqualified. Limit one prize per person/family/household/organization.

Henkel Helps Get Kids Fit - $25,000 School Fitness Sweepstakes

(1) Grand Prize winner will receive $25,000 to spend on fitness programs in their school. The $25,000 will be awarded as a check to the school. An ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified fitness expert (appointed by the Sponsor) will provide a sixty (60) minute phone or in person consultation to work with the Grand Prize winner to help them develop a fitness program for their school.

Participants can enter their local school public, private or charter into the contest by visiting www.henkelhelps.com. Each participant completes the contest registration form, referred to collectively as "Story" which must address the theme "What Would Your School Do with $25,000 to Improve Youth Fitness". The Story can be no longer than 700 words. All Story entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2010. Each Entrant may submit one (1) Story entry into the contest per email address, per household. Incomplete entries, or those containing incorrect information, will be voided.

The panel of judges will determine the top ten (10) Story entries by October 15, 2010. All finalists are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules and completion of release forms. The top ten (10) Story Entrants will be sent a Flip Phone and will have until October 30, 2010 to complete and return a video (taken with the Flip Phone) detailing "what their school would do with the $25,000 to improve youth fitness". The Flip Phone video can be a maximum of three (3) minutes. The Flip Phone video is subject to all Story Terms and Conditions. The top ten (10) finalists’ Story entries and videos will be displayed at www.henkelhelps.com beginning on November 15, 2010. The public will then be able vote on-line to determine which school is most deserving of the Grand Prize. The videos will be displayed on the Sponsor website between November 15, 2010 and December 12, 2010 for public voting. The contest Story entry and video receiving the most votes will be declared the Grand Prize winner. Limit one vote per e-mail address, per day. For the second stage of the contest, should there be a tie within the public voting for the Grand Prize winner, a panel of judges will make the final decision based on 50% theme, 25% inspiration and 25% creativity of video.

Henkel Helps Get Kids Fit - $5,000 Home Fitness Sweepstakes

Participants can enter by visiting www.henkelhelps.com and selecting the Sweepstakes banner box. Participants must fully complete the online Sweepstakes registration form. Each participant will be required to provide name, address (including city, state, and zip code), telephone number, and e-mail address. Each entrant that fully completes the registration form will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address per day, during the Promotion Period.

2010 Rite Aid Back to School Program – Bonus Box Tops

(1) Grand Prize winner will receive (1) certificate for 50,000 Bonus Box Tops, one (1) laptop computer and one (1) printer, and a $500 Rite Aid gift card.

There will be (105) instant game winners during the Promotion Period. There will be (5) First Prize winners and (100) Second Prize winners. The First Prize winners will receive (1) certificate for 2,000 Bonus Box Tops and one (1) $200 Rite Aid Gift card. Second Prize winners will receive a $40 Rite Aid gift card. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game Prize per person, per household and per email address.

For All Bonus Box Tops Prizes: Sponsor will award Bonus Box Tops certificate to the BTFE-eligible school of winner's choice (as long as the designated school complies with the requirements set forth in these Official Rules). To be "BTFE-eligible," the school must be registered with the General Mills Box Tops for Education Program (the "BTFE Program"). See www.boxtops4education.com for more details about the BTFE Program. Prizes are subject to the BTFE Program limit of $80,000 per school, per year. If selected school already has received the maximum amount permitted under the BTFE Program in the year in which the prize is to be awarded, winner must select an alternative BTFE-eligible school to receive the prize. Complete and submit the registration as directed, including a valid home address. (P.O. Boxes are not permitted.) Upon registration, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and will be advanced to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that calendar day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation.

To enter by mail (for Sweepstakes only; not applicable to Instant Win Game): To enter the Sweepstakes without online access, hand print your name, valid home address (P.O. Race to Rite Aid Sweepstakes

(1) Grand Prize winner will receive a prize package for two to the November 21, 2010 race in Homestead, FL. The Grand Prize includes: Two (2) round-trip coach class airfare transportation tickets from a major airport closest to the winner’s home to Miami, FL, three (3) night hotel accommodations at a Sponsor specified hotel, based on double occupancy: Two (2) Sprint Cup tickets and Two (2) Nationwide Series tickets. The Grand Prize winner may also receive up to $300 rental car reimbursement if Grand Prize winner meets eligibility criteria for car rental. Additional transportation not included.

All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, meals, tips, transportation and entertainment is each winner’s sole responsibility. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for prizes allowed. Rite Aid Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes:

Eligible participants, who transfer a prescription will be automatically entered into the Rite Aid "Fill Up & Fuel Up" Sweepstakes. Entries must be received during designated entry period to be eligible for that weeks drawing. Non-winning entries will be rolled over into subsequent weekly drawings as long as transferred prescription remains at Rite Aid.

Legal residents of 50 U.S. states + DC (excluding NY & NJ where offer is void) who are 18+ years of age may enter.
