One (1) Grand Prize winner for each Entry Period will receive $10,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a check.

Legal residents of the United States (with the exception of Florida) over the age of 18 can enter the sweepstakes two ways: by telephone and through the mail. To enter by telephone, from a touch tone phone, call the toll free number printed on selected Rite Aid cash register receipts, respond to the Rite Aid customer survey questions, and provide your home telephone number and age. To enter through the mail hand print your name, complete address, age, and telephone number on a postcard and mail it first-class to: Rite Aid Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes, PMI Station, PO Box 3595, Southbury, CT 06488-3595

The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period. Limit one telephone entry per survey code number. Rite Aid Winter Olympic Sweepstakes:

Four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded to eligible individuals.  The Grand Prize is a trip for two to the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada from February 11-15, 2010.  Winners will receive a 5 day/4 night stay at the Marriott Pinnacle in Downtown Vancouver (4 Star), Opening Ceremony tickets, tickets to four sporting events, including Short Track Speed Skating (Qualifying and Finals, medal ceremony), Women’s Hockey (featuring Team USA), Women’s Super Combined Alpine Skiing (featuring Lindsey Vonn, medal  ceremony), and Men’s Singles Luge (medal ceremony), as well as airfare, food, and ground transportation

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of AL, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, UT, VA, VT, WA, and WV who are 18 years of age or older (19 years of age or older if a resident of AL or NE) as of the date of entry.  The sweepstakes is not valid in the following states: AK, AZ, AR, FL, HI, IL, IA, KS, MN, MO, MT, NE, NM, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI, and WY.

Online entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on December 19.  Mechanically reproduced or computer generated mailed entries will not be accepted.  Only one entry per envelope and all mailed entries must be received by December 19. Click here for official rules.

2009 Day with David Babaii Sweepstakes:

Rite Aid Service with a Smile Sweepstakes:

Rite Aid Service with a Smile Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of one of the following states: AL, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, UT, VA, WA, AND WV. Visitors to any Rite Aid Store may pick up a feedback form at the front register or at the Pharmacy Counter, fill in the required information, and drop the postage paid feedback form into any mailbox. L'Oréal 100 Years of Beauty Sweepstakes:

One (1) grand prize winner will receive a 4 day/ 3 night vacation for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to New York City, New York. Grand Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major U.S. airport nearest the winner's home (as determined by Sponsor), ground transportation between airport and hotel, lodging at a New York City area hotel of Sponsor's choice, a make-over (for winner only) by the L'Oréal Pro Team, a $1,000 gift card for the winner for shopping and a $1,000 gift card for the winner for dining. Two (2) first prize winners will each receive a $500 Spa Finder Gift Certificate. Four (4) second prize winners will each receive a $250 Spa Finder Gift Certificate. One (1) grand prize winner will receive Rite Aid gift cards with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $2500.

Eligible participants can enter two ways, online or by paper ballot. Online registrants visit www.riteaid.com/vote, and complete the online registration form including the store location, the name of your favorite Rite Aid Pharmacist, and tell us how he/she gave you exceptional, personal service (limit 50 words); and submit your entry. To enter by paper ballot: pick up a ballot/entry form, available in Rite Aid stores, complete your personal information, list the store location, the name of your favorite Pharmacist and tell us how he/she gave you exceptional, personal service (limit 50 words).
