Before you can sign in, select Create Account to create a new Rite Aid Digital Account. Once your account is created, you can easily Sign In anytime with your email address and the password created during Create Account.
To create a new Rite Aid Digital account, simply provide the phone number and email address you used in store (to earn your points) and create a password.
Like many of our customers, you may have established a Rite Aid Rewards account during the check-out process in one of our stores by providing your phone number and email address. This enabled you to start earning points right away. However, to complete your Rite Aid Rewards membership enrollment, you must create a Rite Aid Digital Account at RiteAid.com or in the Rite Aid App. A Rite Aid Digital Account is required to access your Rite Aid Rewards information, track and convert your points to BonusCash and other account management features.
Below are a few simple recommendations for creating your Rite Aid Digital Account:
Select Create account for an account rather than attempting to Sign In
During create account, please use the same email address or phone number you used in the store to enroll in Rite Aid.
Please ensure your name is correctly entered into the correct field. Nicknames, spelling errors, hyphens, and other special characters ($, #, @, &, etc.) may not be recognized or match existing records.
If you are still encountering web sign-in/up errors, please submit a Rite Aid Account Help request form from riteaid.com/help. We will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible. Please be aware, with increased demand for our new Rite Aid Rewards program, we are handling a high volume of requests and it may take up to 10 days to respond.
On RiteAid.com or in the Rite Aid app, select Account Sign In. Enter the email address you used to create-account for your Rite Aid Digital Account. Then, click on “Forgot Password” and we’ll send an email for you to reset your password.
Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not find it in your INBOX, and please note the reset password link in your email is only valid for 1 hour.
An existing Rite Aid Rewards account is found with the email address and phone number entered. However, the First Name, Last Name provided does not match the account found.
Please try again using another name that you may have used in the past. Following are some possible reasons names sometimes don’t match:
You may already have an existing Rewards account using your phone number or email address with a different first name and last name spelling.
You may have entered a nickname like Chris for Christine, a maiden name, hyphenated names or a suffix like Jr., Sr., III, etc.
Your account may be set up using another family member’s name.

We have good news! You no longer need to remember your username. Simply Sign In using your email address. Then, click on “Forgot Password” and we’ll send an email for you to reset your password. Once complete, simply Sign In using your email address. Please note it is not possible to change your username.
