    Substitutions FAQs


    If you enable substitutions and an item from your order is out of stock, we’ll find the closest available replacement at or below the price of your original selection so you don’t miss anything. They will be refunded for any price difference between originally selected product and substitution product. If you’d prefer to receive only your first choice, you can turn substitutions off.


    Yes, for each product in your order, you can enable or disable substitutions.


    For any products with substitutions enabled, we’ll choose only replacement products that cost the same or less. If your substitute item is cheaper than the original, we’ll refund you the price difference.
