    It’s easy and convenient. On RiteAid.com, choose items that are labeled with “Free Pickup Today.” Add them to your cart and complete the checkout process. If a product is not available at your local Rite Aid store, you can adjust your store selection to another nearby Rite Aid.

     

    Once you’ve completed checkout, we’ll email you when your order is ready with details on pickup options for your specific store location (walk-in, curbside, drive-thru). For curbside pickup only, tap the “I’m Here” button in the email when you arrive and follow the instructions.

     

    Yes! Rite Aid doesn’t charge any additional fees for online orders that specify in-store pickup.

     

    No, only the items marked with “Free Pickup Today” are available for in-store pickup at your local store. For products available online only, you can specify home delivery for your purchase.

     

    No, currently only select locations offer Buy Online, Pickup at Store.

     

    Yes, you can include both items that will be shipped to you and ones that you’ll pick up at your local Rite Aid store in the same order.

     

    Soon you’ll be able to request prescriptions and purchase non-pharmacy items within a single order. Check back for updates!

     

    You can use your FSA or HSA card to order eligible items online. FSA/HSA-eligible items must be purchased separately from non-FSA/HSA items. If you have non-FSA items in your cart, you will be asked to remove them from your cart when checking out. Once you have an all-FSA eligible cart, you will need to input your FSA card details at checkout to finalize your order. 



    Pickup Details

    Pickup options vary by store and may include curbside, drive-thru, and walk-in. After you place your order, we’ll email you the pickup details. 

     

    Once you’ve completed checkout, we’ll email you when your order is ready with details on pickup options for your specific store location (walk-in, curbside, drive-thru). When you arrive, tap the “I’m Here” button in the email and follow the instructions.

     

    Some stores don’t have a drive-thru or a parking lot. We do our best to make pickup convenient at all Rite Aid stores.


    Certain stores are required to charge a bag fee as per city/state law. Currently, there is no option to opt out of receiving a bag.


    This fee is collected for recycling items. This will show as a pre-authorized charge in your order confirmation. If you do not have an item that requires recycling, the fee will automatically be removed from your receipt at time of pickup.


    Yes, please call the store to cancel your order. Click here to find your store. Any orders not picked up after 7 days will be automatically canceled. Payments will either be voided or refunded.


    Returns for items from a store pickup order will only be accepted at a store. Refer to Rite Aid’s return policy for more information.


    If you indicated that you are ok with substitutions during online checkout, the store will do its best to find a comparable item at equal or lesser value. If you choose not to accept substitutions, then the item will be canceled.


    Yes, you can apply online digital coupons, where applicable, to your pickup order at online checkout. Bonus cash and coupons will be applied at pickup. Please make sure items are picked up prior to expirations or additional redemptions in store. Your payment method will be pre-authorized to account for these changes. If the savings in the cart are available for pickup, the final payments will reflect the savings. Only valid coupon codes can be applied at checkout. Refer to the coupon acceptance policy for more information
