    We have an ongoing commitment to achieving the highest levels of satisfaction for all aspects of our customers' online experiences. As part of these efforts, we are dedicated to offering a quality online experience to customers with disabilities - including our Vaccine Registration Portal and other related vaccine content. As part of our ongoing efforts to better serve our customers with disabilities, we have worked with the American Council of the Blind, American Foundation for the Blind, the California Council of the Blind and various reputable, experienced, outside vendors to improve the accessibility of RiteAid.com and the its vaccine content for customers with disabilities. Our efforts are focused on the generally-recognized and accepted guidelines and/or standards for website accessibility; which are currently the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Levels A and AA.
