Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I suffer from all kinds of pains, specially on the knees. I bought this because I was tired of wrapping cold compresses with bandages and anything I could find and this I can place in the freezer when I need it cold or microwave when I need it hot. I just tried it tonight and it worked wonders, it stayed in place and the inflammation and pain where gone. That's why I am taking advantage of this 30% discount and buying me a second one, now I don't have to take turns.
