I tried countless brands some left a film in my mouth some didn't freshen my breath for the entire day some gave me dry mouth etc. This mouthwash did everything with a clean taste and an unabrasive formula. Also when I went to the dentist after using this mouthwash for a few months the hygienist commented on how clean my teeth were and how little work there was to do as there was no build up. I never heard this before and this mouthwash was the only change I had made. I did like that it promises to protect teeth for up to 12 hours and while I can't say it definitively did that my teeth certainly didn't seem any worse for wear while using this mouthwash.The biggest draw to this mouthwash is the claims of no after burn. I felt they were true which was nice - I know a lot of people are sensitive to that. Instead of burning sensation I get a pretty bad aftertaste. No way to describe it though. Adults and children 12 years of age and older: rinse for 30 seconds with 20 ml (4 teaspoonful) twice a day. Do not swallow. Children 6 years to under 12 years of age: supervise use. Children under 6 years of age: do not use.
