Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flushable? I work for a weekly paper and was invited to take a tour of our city's sewer system. Flushable wipes are NOT flushable. They cause damage to city septic systems and septic tanks. They will clog your leach lines. I would like to see all cities join together and STOP you from writing flushable on the packages. I've seen city pumps that have to be replaced and baskets of flushable wipes overflowing. You may say it is not your product, but someone else. After seeing what I have seen I believe no wipes should be flushed. You are causing taxpayers billions of dollars just to keep their sewer systems running and taxpayers are picking up the bill.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wipes in pouch I have been a fan of Cottonelle wipes for 4 or 5 years now. I have the hard plastic package but this time, instead of buying refills I purchased the disposable wipes in the soft package that opens. I just bought a double package and am so disappointed. They are thinner to the point they sometimes break off even though I pull them slowly. I don't know what has happened unless budget cuts at the factory and raised prices out of our pockets at the store. I may try Charmin, just undecided right now since I've always used Cottonelle. I am so disappointed, I don't even use Charmin tissue but may have to use the flushable wipes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Caused Itchy, Painful Rash I used to love these wipes, but like many others who have submitted reviews on other sites, I appear to be allergic to one of the ingredients. I have developed an itchy, painful rash in the wiped area. I have been slow to blame the wipes, thinking that surely they would have done extensive testing to establish that these wipes - designed to be used in a highly sensitive area - are hypoallergenic. After seeing reviews by many others with the same symptoms, which have been getting worse, I will no longer use these wipes and throw my remaining supply away. If, like me, you have sensitive skin, I would strongly advise you to steer clear of these wipes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Used to (past tense) love this product. But recent changes to a thinner and weaker material have left me dissatisfied. You can barely get the sheets out of the dispenser or separate them from one another without them tearing and falling apart. Imagine how poorly they perform the duty they were designed for if they are falling apart before even reaching your bum. Have to use twice as many as before to prevent accidentally exploring places that have no interest in being explored. Please bring back the thicker, linen-like wipes that you had when these first came to market.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No info on how to refill the upright dispenser I thought this upright dispenser was a nice design with a small footprint. It doesn't dispense through the hole, though, at all. Every cloth tears into shreds. There's no info on how to refill the dispenser, either--not on the package, not on the website. I can't even tell which product might BE the actual refills for the dispenser. Having been stupid enough to imagine the refill would perform better than the pre-filled dispenser, I am furious and won't ever buy these products again. I'm on a tiny fixed income, disabled, and the several dollars I've wasted on Fresh Care hits hard.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from fresh care wipes LOVED* please note PAST TENSE* these wipes, used all the time until you just changed the product away from the refill packs for the hard plastic dispenser TO these new packs with that little clear plastic tear/restick cover. THESE NEW WIPES, NEW DESIGN ARE *HORRIBLE*. They tear easily, shred, and when ones trying to wipe after #2 and putting fingers thru the wipe -its NOT doing the job and not acceptable. I loved the old ones, I hate the new ones so much that I am actively checking out other brands to replace the Cottonelle wipes that I was using.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tall dispenser has to be "re-loaded" after using 1 I have been using the Cottonelle Wipes, first with the low oblong box and then when the tall white with blue trim 2-part lid. Every time I use just 1 wipe, it has to be re-loaded again for the next wipe. They do not pop up automatically for me. This is time consuming and not sanitary because I have to rewash my hands before re-loading it again. Do the wipes need to go "behind" the arm pointing down or in front of the bottom divider sticking up? I cannot find a video on how to properly load the tall dispenser. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why change when it wasn't broken The product has changed recently. The use to be a quilted design and were thicker too. I am now using more per restroom visit. They tear coming out of the box, and frequently tear when wiping! I am now forced to find a new product.
