Rated 5 out of 5 by from Depends Guards For Men Is My Goto Protection. I use Depends Guards For Men, whenever I am go to be away from the house for any an extended length of time, such as visiting a relative in another town. I don't have a leakage problem, but I can experience surges when standing after sitting or riding for more than an hour. I find only two deficiencies with this product. 1. I find it difficult to find the opening in the gray fabric packaging in low light. A white stripe or thread across the opening would help. 2. The top of the guard can roll down and become uncomfortable. There needs to be a better way to fasten the top of the guard to my briefs. Another glue strip would help. Rated 1 out of 5 by from New Guards for Men I do not like the new Guards at all. They are less absorbent and require me to use 5 guards a day where I was using 2 before. I have been using your product for 17 years and was very pleased with it. The new guards are a big disappointment. You have downgraded the efficiency that I always depended on. I have a large supply of these guards on hand at the moment. Hope you will go back to the old guards real soon. I will keep trying to find a replacement for the future, as I can not "DEPEND" on your brand anymore. I will be watching your Ads to see if you have changed the product back to the original. Hope it will be real soon.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New Guards The original Guards were great! These "more flexible" Guards are ridiculous. It is a shame that a company looks closer at their financial bottom line than at product reliability and consumer satisfaction. The new Guards are much thinner and hold less; under the guise of being "more flexible." Like the saying goes, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it! I am looking for a different brand, after five years, goodbye Guards. P.S. I experienced my first "accident" today with the new Guards. Since the new Guards hold less, I ended up with an embarrassing wet spot on my pants. This NEVER happened with the old Guards, and I am only 10 pads into this package.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pads leak terribly at the brief leg openings This pad is no where the quality that it used to be. I can not see how they come up with positive reviews. The pad is much smaller than the earlier types, less absorbent and the area where it meets the leg opening shrinks and causes the briefs to be soaked and needs changed three to four times a day. The pads are smaller and not enough adhesive material to stay put in position. This is not the pad it used to be. It obviously means more money for the company until people may no longer want to purchase it, then they may make it better. At least to the quality it was five years ago. I hope they post this as it is not just all good reviews that should tell the story honestly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Change not for the better!! This product has recently changed to the grey wrapper and grey liner, and it's a step backward. It doesn't absorb any where near what the older version (white wrapper and blue liner) did. I bought them thinking they've improved the product, now I'm looking for something that works again. I even called a number of local places to see if anyone had the older dark green packaging, but no one did. I've used the original guards for almost 12 years but this new product is useless to me, it only lasts about 1/3 the time as the old one. I can't recommend this new product to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disaster of a redesign Ranking: zero out of five The "new" guards are right in there with the "new" Coke and the current Ford dashboard when it comes to really bad changes. I've been using Depend Guards for several years since I had prostate surgery. They always worked splendidly, no leaking even after several hours. I've worn them on several guided tours in Europe and several airplane or driving trips in the US. Never a leak, never a spot. The new ones: failure after failure. I'm now searching through other brands to try to find something that functions as well as the old Guards. What a shame!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New Depends Guards for men grey package The new Depends Guards for men in the grey package does not absorb even close to the green package of guards. They tell me that they stopped making the green package guards. The new guards does not work. I have used depends guards for 5 years and was very happy. But just got the new guards and they are horrible, trust me. My friend said the same thing. They do not absorb like the old ones. Now I have to find something that works like the old guards. They have cheapened the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT SHIELD This Was More Than The Shields! I'm New To This Type Of Problem. I Feel More Confident With The Guards Because They Can Handle More Spray Than i think The Shields can. I Don't like How the Thin Shields Feel Against My Penis. They Feel Like SandPaper And Are Not as Wide And Big Enough For my comfort! I Am still Not comfortable With My Problem But I Am feeling better Knowing I Have A guard In Place When I Need It! I Feel If Only They made the Shields A little More Softer And Wider/Longer It might Help some! Thank you for Listening!
