Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's a fact of life I remember when I was a kid and I grandpa had a different aroma about him. As a child, I was bewildered about what that was. He had no idea that he had an odor. Now, I'm older and I know full well what that was. This product is outstanding. It's not expensive, fits in the briefs and doesn't need adjustment during the day. Its the right solution for the issue. At night, it rolls up, put a tissue around it and out it goes. No smell during the day. Turn the briefs inside out, put it about 2 inches below the wasteband on the front of the brief, turn the briefs rightside in and put them on. Getting older doesn't have to be a problem guys.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from improvement suggestion I had prostate surgery 4 years ago which left me with mild stress incontinence. Wore the Guard product for several years, and then switched to the Shields when my incontinence level was reduced. The product works great and is appropriate for weekdays at work when my activity level is lower. On weekends, when I am very active, the product works fine from an absorbency point of view, but is not wide enough to be completely effective. The shield needs to be wider at the middle and top to still offer protection when the anatomy "wanders" left and right in my briefs. Please consider this improvement to an otherwise great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally a product that is just right for me After Prostate surgery, I began to experiencing leakage. At first volume was quite substantial and I had to use Depends guards and other absorbent products such as underwear with built in pads. Now five years later I only experience slight and occasional leakage. I found and started using Depends shields about eight months ago and find them very convenient, discreet and great to travel with. Some days I wouldn't have needed them and some days I have to use two. Due to their fitting my anatomy and being small enough to carry around, this is now the product that I use exclusively. Thank for providing a product that works perfectly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not quite for me I have a very weak bladder - I tried these shields during the day and when having an accident they did not hold much. I was driving home and lost control of my bladder when searching for a bathroom. I let moderate amounts out and my slacks were pretty wet. For me I need the guards during the day and real fit undies on long car trips. I decided to try these though. I gave the rest to my brother who has normal control but drips a bit after going. THese are more for normal bladdered guys that drip a bit after using the bathroom or for other guy stuff. For more leakage than a few drops the Guards would be better

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product - But Ever since my stress incontinence has improved I love wearing these shields. Except, the only recommendation I would have is that they consider a redesign. I consider the current shield design more appropriate for a woman. For a male, and I will be very blunt, we require a little more wider coverage from the middle to upper portion of the shield. A male tends to move back and forth and the coverage is a little limited. Don't get me wrong, this is a great product, I just wish it was a little wider to accommodate movement or the swing motion of our parts. Food for thought?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better then what I used before, need to be improved with sizing I use to use guards before I found Depends shields. The guards were defiantly more then I needed since I was just dribbling , sometimes allot then usual but they work. The only drawback was the comfort and bulky weight of guards hanging in front. I like the Shields much better. Light weight and comfortable, just what I needed. The only drawback is I would like them to come in a larger size because let's face it, not all men are equally in there anatomy . There are times on occasions where I would over mark the pad into my briefs , but all and all it dose relieve a lot of worriers of a mishap that would lead to having with a wet mark showing through my pants . I hope you keep improving this product .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Great Product! I have been wearing Depends Shields for a few months now and am very pleased with the product. I became tired of the post restroom visit "leak" which could really soak the front of my briefs leading to the possibility of a noticeable wet spot on my pants. They really work well keeping me dry and also stop the staining on my white underwear. The thin, discreet design is a plus! Sometimes I am a little off on my positioning of the shield and don't have it centered on my anatomy on the first try, but most of the time I don't have any problems getting it in place. Thanks for making this great product!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Finally Something for Us Guys That Leak After radical Prostate surgery 10 yr. ago, and getting tired of damp underwear I found Shields a couple of years ago. I had tried feminine shields but they were just too tiny. Everything is different down there between us and the fairer sex. The one suggestion I would make that would improve the product is if they were shaped like the old jock cup we wore as a catcher. The shape of 3M dust masks would be great. They have been wonderful until recently when I must have gotten a bad batch. (batch code BJ700906X336 N20) Everyone in the box is separating during the day and the inner liner is coming off. Today I had a gel substance all over me.
