Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit and Great protection Tried these awhile ago after using other brands and i have been using these ever since. I don't have bladder issue but rather problems holding back loose bowel movements and these work very well. They contain accidents very well and I keep an extra with me at work. They more then pay for themselves by preventing an accident from ruining a good pair of pants. My only complaint is that the absorption material could be a little stronger as it shreds after about 10 hours. You can keep one on for a full day but in the end the material that is between you and the absorption stuff, starts to break down. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don't make us stick out like a sore thumb! The product WAS great! And then somebody who doesn't go out in public and to gyms and the like decided to switch it to gray. Many of us are over 40 and wear white underwear which was fine with wearing it over the white Depend underwear, but the gray sticks out like a sore thumb. And if we don't wear underwear over it, it is even worse. You may think that because people are buying it that it is popular. But that is far from the truth. We're stuck with what the store orders and they think the same as you. Listen to us as customers, use some common sense, and go back to white and do it soon.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks while Sleeping I have tried the full range of Depends products and wear them on a daily basis for the last year following bladder cancer surgery. They do a fine job when I am awake and going about my daily activities to absorb the occasional dribble from incontinence. However, they always LEAK out the sides at night when I am sleeping. I frequently wake in the middle of the night as the underwear has become saturated, fluid has leaked out one side or the other, and I am laying in a cold wet spot. Some nights I have to change into a second pair of underwear. I am using bed protectors along with the underwear which becomes expensive on a daily basis.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not dependable I was very disappointed when my husband became incontinent because of Huntingtons Disease and I tried Depend underwear. Every time he has worn them he not only soaks the Depends but his outer clothing. I put a pair of underwear over the Depends and then his shorts/pants and he wets through everything. I tried a larger size to see if that would hold it in but that also failed. I was wondering if you would have a plastic pant that could be worn over the Depend underwear that would ASSURE us that he would not wet through? I cannot "Depend" on your product to keep him dry so why even put the diaper on????

Rated 5 out of 5 by from " Depend " is the best for Irretable Bowel Syndrome !!! I was sick and tired of going out and have Extremely Loose Bowels just pouring out of me without me even noticing until after the accidents happend's. So I finally relized that I do have a problem that can not prevent from happening, that's why I also carry a few with me whenever I go out. I've tried the version that "The Great Canadian Superstore", "Your Independant Grocers", and any Grocery Stores that " LOBLAWS " Owns. I would give there version ( Average for Discreet Fit ). I feel more secure knowing that I don't need to WORRY about any major messes anymore. It's no fun at all having "Irretable Bowel Syndrome" also known as "I.B.S." . THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME CONFIDENTS BACK.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great fit! These new underwear for men fit great. I was pleasantly surprised at how absorbent they are. The main problem with this type of incontinence product is changing while out of the house. You have to totally remove your pants to pull a dry one on after removing one that is wet. One way to get around this is to wear two at a time. When the first one is wet, just tear it off and the second one is dry. These are great if you need light protection from dribbling, can make it to a restroom some of the time or for one complete emptying of the bladder. If you go much past one episode, then you may find these will leak. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Depend for Men Undependable This product works fine for urinary incontinence but is not dependable at all for bowel incontinence. The padding is too low in the back and feces leaks through the thinner part above the padding and stains exterior clothing. We end up with multiple clothing changes daily and my laundry has at least doubled. The fit is good, they just don't work like they did before they "improved" them. Personally, I am shopping around for something more suitable for my 24 year old son with disabilities.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very unhappy with the new product I have been using depends for 8 years since I had prostrate cancer. They used to work great. The new product is nowhere near as absorbant. Nothing has changed in my intake of liquids or lifestyle. I now leak through my new depends at night, soiling my clothes and the bed. This of course is very embarassing for me. Why couldn't you make the old product, which lots of people counted on, and the new product that you think people want. I read one of your responses to a review to buy the ones with tabs on the sides, I don't like that type. Please, Please, put yourself in your customers place, give us the protection that we need.
