Rated 5 out of 5 by from finally!!! I finally found a product that works for us. We have CMT nueropathy and have foot drop. our feet droop over at night and cramp terribly. Our heel cords are tight and arch tendons are tight also. our feet are sensitive in places and numb in others. Naturally, finding sleeping splints that work, is a hard endevour. These work, because the foot strap is moveable to allow for slightly different placement from the ball of foot, to around the toes. the straps are cushiony, soft and breathable. the inside is cushioned too. we love these in my family. we do put a big stretchy sock over them, just so they dont feel cumbersome in bed. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works surprisingly well! Initially I purchased this out of desperation; I felt my plantar fasciitis was crippling me, even with exercises, ice, and pain medication. I couldn't stand it any more, stumbled upon this item, and bought it. I love it! I couldn't initially see how this would offer enough relief, but indeed it does exactly what it should. It made for a very restful sleep, and made it easier to get out of bed and get moving in the morning. Fortunately only one foot bothers me at a time, but if both did I would not hesitate to buy another one. It holds your foot steady and slightly stretched with no additional effort, so you are using time you didn't have, while you sleep, to help alleviate the pain. Rated 2 out of 5 by from A good product, but questionable quality I bought this product after being diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. The relief from pain was immediate! For the first 2 weeks I was incredibly impressed at how such a simple brace could relieve the agony of getting out of bed in the mornings. However after just about a month I noticed the velcro straps were no longer holding the brace securely. At 2 months of use I have had to fork out another $40 to replace the entire brace. I have reached out to Futuro to see if there is a way to get replacement straps. If I can I will gladly come back and up this rating to a 5. But for now, buyer beware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overnight pain relief I've had PF flare ups on and off again for about 10 years. My most current flare up was the worst I had experienced. I couldn't put any pressure on my right foot at all. I had to crawl up the stairs. I put the brace on before bed. The product was slightly uncomfortable and took a little while before I could find a comfortable position to fall asleep. When I woke up this morning, I was nervous to get out of bed. I took off the brace and I was actually able to stand on my right foot with very little pain. I even put all my weight on the one foot. I will continue to use to product for prevention and for any future flare ups.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Night Plantar Fasciitis Sleep Support I have used full sized supports in the past and was looking for a "portable--minimal size" for travel purposes. Size and quality were fine. Problem is that, even when tightened to maximum, the straps did not keep the foot at a right angle. The unsupported foot and the braced foot dropped the same amount. With full sized braces, in addition to tightening the various straps, wedges can be employed to achieve 90degrees. No such capability with this product. For some, this may not be an issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So glad I found this!! So I had nasty flare up of PF (putting weight on my foot upon getting out of bed was torture!!). Found this support at a local pharmacy and used the support that night. Pain was over 90% subsided!! Granted I knew to ice my heel, did my stretches, put my orthotics in my work shoes. Still, without the help of this support I know I would have had another painful morning on my hands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Well made, but doesn't stay in place I tried this product for nighttime support. It appears well made, but does not stay in place to provide the needed support. In addition, the wrap around strap for the above ankle area is too large.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good so far! Started wearing this night support for plantar fasciitis 2 weeks ago. In the past I would have horrible pain in the morning but have a few days of the Futuro support, I have noticed about a 20% difference. My main complaint one this support is the "One Size Fits All"...No not really. I am a size 6 and have to tighten the toe strap very very tight to keep in correct position and then it feels like my toes are being squeezed. It takes a lot of readjusting every night. Also, wish it was more adjustable in the angle. There are days I'd like a little more stretch than the 90 degrees.
