Mr. Standley, Chief Executive Officer, has been Chief Executive Officer since June 2010 and was President from September 2008 until June 2013. Mr. Standley served as Chairman of the Board from June 21, 2012 through October 30, 2018. He was the Chief Operating Officer from September 2008 until June 2010. He also served as a consultant to Rite Aid from July 2008 to September 2008. From August 2005 through December 2007, Mr. Standley served as Chief Executive Officer and was a member of the board of directors of Pathmark Stores, Inc. From June 2002 to August 2005, he served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Rite Aid; and, in addition, in January 2004 was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Rite Aid. He had served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rite Aid from September 2000 to June 2002 and had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rite Aid from December 1999 until September 2000. Mr. Standley served on the SUPERVALU INC. board of directors from May 2013 to July 2015. Mr. Standley currently serves on the National Association of Chain Drug Stores’ board of directors and is a member of the Board’s Executive Committee.

Kermit Crawford, 58, joined Rite Aid Corporation in October 2017 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Mr. Crawford has served as a retail and healthcare adviser and consultant for New York City-based Sycamore Partners, a private equity firm specializing in retail and consumer investments, since 2015. Prior to joining Sycamore Partners, Mr. Crawford, a licensed pharmacist, spent more than 30 years with Walgreens, where he held a wide range of store operations and senior management positions, including responsibility for the company’s pharmacy services, which included its pharmacy benefit management services. When he retired from Walgreens in 2014, Crawford was executive vice president and president of Walgreen’s pharmacy, health and wellness division, where he was responsible for all aspects of strategic, operational and financial management for the division. Mr. Crawford also serves on the board of directors for Allstate and LifePoint Health. He is also on the Board of Councilors of the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy.

Darren Karst, 58, joined Rite Aid Corporation in August 2014 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In October 2015, Darren was promoted to the combined role of Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining Rite Aid, Karst had served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary at Roundy's, a leading Midwest grocer, since 2002.

Bryan Everett, 44, is Chief Operating Officer of Rite Aid stores. Mr. Everett joined Rite Aid in August 2015 as executive vice president of store operations. Prior to joining Rite Aid, he held multiple senior leadership positions at Target Corporation, ultimately serving as senior vice president of store operations. In this role, he focused on talent management, strategy development, operational efficiency and integrated technology solutions. He also led new format, new store and remodel programs while also overseeing pharmacy and clinic operations. Before joining Target, Everett also held store operations management positions at Fleming Wholesale and ALDI Inc. Mr. Everett also serves as a member of The Rite Aid Foundation Board of Directors.
