Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works!!!! I bought this today June 2018 and I totally loved it!! I have been dying my hair Black for years because no matter what other COLOR hair dye I bought, it just would never cover it. The only part of my hair that any hair dye would work on, was on my roots. That result was embarrassing!! Today, a different story indeed. I used it on my shoulder length hair and it totally stripped my hair of the black!!! OMG I am so impressed!! Thank you to the employee Yesi from Walmart in Corpus Christi, TX!! You Rock Yesi, Thank you for helping me in choosing a great product! Again I am in love with this product and I highly recommend it!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! I have colored my hair dark for about 9 months and was ready for a change. Read the directions. It will tell you that it will not restore your hair to its original color. I left it in the maximum time allowed. Ended up with orange-white hair. Redyed it that same day to the medium brown color that I wanted. Excellent results, totally even, no damage to my hair. Note: I use a product that I got at Sally's that you use to make sure you get an even dye job, once it was in may hair, I left my hair dye in longer (as per package instructions) to make sure my almost white roots got the same brown color as the rest. I got even color, no gradation and no damage to my hair. Would highly recommend product to anyone who can read package instructions!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible I am a licensed cosmetologist and usually use color oops which works great . Unfortunately the store was out. My hair has never been bleached , my hair naturally is dark brown but had been dyed to black , now I know these products do not take your hair back to natural color , nothing can do that , usually the hair will come our orangish with some brassy tones . But this product took my hair from black to blonde like straight up bleach blonde. Ladies next time before going this route you might as well get bleach or try color oops. This stuff is horrible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what it said! First: READ. Second: RE-READ. The directions say you will end up with orangish colored hair. The directions say you will NOT return to your original hair color. The directions say you will need to recolor your hair after use of this product! With all this in mind, and with my thick, below shoulder length hair, I bought and used two applications/packages. It removed my red mistake and lightened my dark auburn colored hair (x25 years) and left me with bright orange hair. I elected to wait a day to recolor my hair. I'm 90% gray by the way. My test strand of "Reddish Blonde" looks gorgeous even though I seem to have had three shades of orange. I applied color to the root of test strands (lighter two shades) and then after 13 minutes, I applied the color to the rest of the strand. My results are gorgeous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from worked perfect!!! Just bought this today! I have been dying my hair black for about 6 months. I finally decided I didn't want it anymore but didn't want to pay absorbent amounts of money at a salon to get rid of it. I saw this at Rite Aid and figured I would give it a try and its PERFECT! Im so excited to get rid of the black. It stripped it all out to a brassy yellow orange. I only left mine in 30 min, i feel like i should have left it in another 5-10 but didnt' want to leave it in too long. Excited to dye my hair a new color!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked for me I have very fine hair, and not a lot of it. I have used this product once before, so I knew a strand test was necessary. It only took 5 minutes to strip the medium to darkish brown color from my hair. I had bad color build up on the ends- dark ends, lighter roots-ugh! Know that your hair will look very scary when you rinse product. Mine was uneven blond and orange- it was terrifying. I immediately colored my hair back to it's original light brown color ( Feria #60) Very pleased w/ results!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this!! I bought this product after a severely botched salon job that turned my hair orange...BRIGHT ORANGE! I needed to get the orange out of my hair, without doing damage to it. I bought this product on a wing and a prayer, and then L'Oréal preference medium ash broPwn to follow up with. My results were amazing!! I now have medium ash blonde hair with NO orange or copper tones! I am so happy and relieved!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A real life saver!!!! So I got some hair color RR07, warm copper red. It gives examples of results on different color hair and says red hair will turn auburn. Ok, I have strawberry blond, so I should go by the blond result right? WRONG!!! Strawberry blond RR07= Ronald McDonald hair. I used the color remover and got an ugly bright orange, as expected, which held my new color, 6.4 ‘ginger twist’ perfect with no blending or showing through of the old color. A real life saver!
