Rated 1 out of 5 by from This eyeliner has neither the precision nor the 12 hour wear that it promises. I use the eyeliner more as a kohl to darken my lower eye line everyday and I normally use the Loreal Lacquer liner which comes with a tiny applicator brush and am pretty happy with it. However it takes longer to apply. I bought this pencil with the intention of saving time. However, the felt tip is not precise and creates thick lines on my lower lid. Also these lines are extremely faint, so I need to apply it a few times which makes it even thicker. And it smudges in the next 3-4 hours and gone completely by the end of the day. Highly disappointed! Never buying it again.

I am so so so terrible and useless when it comes to eye makeup, but I always loved the look of dark black, simple eyeliner against brown eyes like mine, and I was so desperate to acheive that look. With this pen I finally can! It is so easy to apply and it looks like I spent much longer on my eyes than I actually did. And its lasted me almost ten months. I will never buy another liner again :) my two complaints is that sometimes the tip dries out...to fix that just wiggle and shake it around like you would with an actual pen. Also, I wish there were more colors!! I would absolutely buy multiples of this product in plum, navy, and grey

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I dont know why, but this eyeliner never stays on for me. When applying it, it smudges out on itself, erasing the line underneath it! I know that this product is great on other people, as it was recommended to me by this girl with flawless makeup, but it didnt work on my eyelids. However, it worked perfectly when I made a line on my hand to test out the tip of the pen. I believe it just has to do with my eyelids, which are a little oily, so it would be hard to have this kind of product stay on my lid as there isnt much grip. I recommend this only to people with nonoily eyelids, as it is flawless for others. The pen is a perfect length so i am truly sad it didnt work out :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BAD NEWS! Do not buy this! This garbage is totally fallible! I was not able to get a smooth line in a single stroke. I had to do quite a bit if coloring in skipped spots. The color was good and it did not feel sticky or to stiff after drying which was good. However this stuff ran all over the place after I yawned a couple of times. My entire eyelids were smeared and mucked up with this eyeliner. I was NOT expecting that! Why would it NOT be water proof? I will not buy this again nor would I suggest you buy it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks great but doesn't last I really don't wear makeup often but have recently been trying to perfect eyeliner. I bought this and love it for the most part. Its so easy to put on for a beginner and looks great. The only problem is that it comes off and smudges so easily. Its almost like it never dries once applied. And maybe I'm doing something wrong so im not good at this anyway.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring BACK Lineur intense Earthen Rock Brown I have been using Loreal felt tip liquid eyeliner in Earthen Rock Brown for years, I have been unable to find it anywhere. Searching online it looks like it has been discontinued and possibly replaced with this garbage. Not even close to the same. It is sticky and tacky on my eyes and goes on terrible. Liked the ink well much better too this goes dry way too fast.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wear it every single day I adore this liner. It's a reasonable price, goes on easy, and stays FOREVER, even through southern heat and city smog. I wear it for 12 hours a day regularly and it looks nearly the same as when I put it on in the morning. I have not so far been convinced to try any other black liquid liner. This is my go-to, and it works every time.

This is my go to eyeliner and the past 2 that I have bought the cap does not snap on correctly and it fell off in my makeup bag and dried out. I thought maybe it was just a bad batch the first time but I wasted my money again the 2nd time. I guess its time to switch eyeliners. :(

Directions
Apply along the top and bottom lash line beginning in the inner corner of the ye and working outward. Use the ultra-fine tip for your thinnest line or apply light pressure to create thicker lines. For a more dramatic look drag the line beyond the outer corner of the eye.
