Rated 1 out of 5 by from High Allergic Reaction (Warning!) Me and my girlfriend bought this to get rid of a simple stubborn pimple on our face. After 2 uses, with 1 day break in between our face is red and feel as though it was chemically burned. Small white heads appeared overnight and it scared the live out of me as I didn't know what was going on. I started to breakout more and I'm seriously concerned if this will ever go away. How can this face wash still be on my skin even after multiple washes with my daily soap? Please be cautious, after reading other reviews on here, I am certain some sort of chemical or parben is causing this. Both our faces are red and stinging, cant be coincidence.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Face Wash Ever! I really wish I had seen these reviews before I bought this face wash. I thought I was having an allergic reaction to an ingredient until I saw that everybody else had the same thing happen to them - the feeling like my skin had been burned off my face, and the dryness and chafing around my nose and mouth is almost unbearable. I have even gone to the point of applying an eczema cream to the really bad areas and it's done NOTHING to help. I can't believe that after reading so many reviews with the same issue that this product is still on the shelf. I only hope that because I only used it for 3 or 4 days that it will go away sooner than later. SMH!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Why all the bad reviews ?!?!?!?!? I have oily combination skin and i've been breaking out for YEARS. I used this at night and when I woke up in the morning I nearly screamed ! My skin was clear! like almost COMPLETELY clear!!!! The only con to this product is that it is a little drying so its hard for me to use in the morning before I go to school. So I use this product mainly at night, and morning and night on days I am at home. One thing I also noticed really helps clearing skin while using this product is using a hot rag. I also saw on commercials that this can help with acne marks. I just used this recently so i am still waiting to see a difference in that.. other wise great product ! :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works but you might have to be patient I've had moderate acne for about two years, and this is the first thing that has made a significant difference for my skin. It's even helping clear up the bumps on my chin, which no other product has even come close to doing. However, you might have to be patient to see results. I've been using this once a day for a month, and at first my skin got worse, I think because of "skin purging." I had annoying patches of whiteheads that would randomly flare up but they would clear up in a few days. Now the texture of my skin is better than it's been in months. Definitely a staple product for me now, and I'd definitely recommend if you have oily skin like me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cleared up my skin great! My acne was very bad starting in the summer of 2016 when puberty and stuff started hitting me at a very young age. I couldn't find anything that worked and in August 2017 I found this product and I'm very glad I did. I took a picture the day I got this product so I was able to see results, than in November 2017 I took another picture and when I compared them the difference was bizzar! My acne was 100000000 times better and I couldn't believe it at all. I kept using the product for a while but my face started getting used to it, my acne didn't get worse but it also did not get better so I feel that it was still good at keeping the acne away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For everyone freaking out so for everyone freaking out because most of the reviews are saying their face was red and itchy. The people who said that were using this wash in the morning too which you should do. It’s a strong cleanser and is meant to really suck the oils out of your skin and fight breakouts, in the morning such a strong formula is too much for your skin to handle. This is truly meant to be a nighttime cleanser and you should use something lighter in the morning (normally just any wash that says it hydrated you skin, avoid washes that say they fight breakouts when you’re looking for something in the morning)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TERRIBLE First of all, the only reason I gave this product one star is d/to it being required. Should get a big ZERO! I've used Neutrogena for years so I thought I'd try their pink grapefruit face wash. What a mistake! I used it for 1.5 days and woke up to red itchy upper lip and chin w/ tiny fluid filled bumps. They are now spreading onto cheeks and eyes are very swollen. Feels like a bad sunburn. I've made a doctor's appt. in hopes I can get some relief, ie. doxycycline. In reading the replies, I find it interesting that Neutrogena's reply is "results are not typical" A lot of comments are all the same, which seems pretty typical to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My face feels clean and refreshed This product has a great smell! I probably bought this a ago, but I didn't like the result, it made my skin dry. Now, getting older, my skin has gotten more oily with more breakouts. I use this product I fished out from the back of my cabinet, and BAM acne disappears. This has been my skin saver, and since I use it pretty much daily. Most reviews I've read say they use it at night, but I like to use mine in the morning, because my skin is oily when I wake up. After using this product though, to make sure my skin doesn't dry out, I use a gentle cleanser/ moisturizer like Cetaphil. Make sure to use a moisturizer/ sunscreen afterwards too.
