Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best facial cleanser! This is the absolute best cleanser I have ever used. It smells great and it works! It feels so good on the skin and the cooling sensation it has is perfect. I love the color of it, the way it feels and the beeds in it are that much better and it helps with acne! I'm 22 and my skin was breaking out badly, I used this and the next day almost all of the acne was gone! I also use the rapid clear spot gel for occasional breakouts I may get and that works. I would recommend this product to anyone who has skin problems or just wants to use a fantastic cleanser! I use it every morning and night and I'm going to keep using it for the rest of my life!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING! I don't think I can say enough GOOD about this product! I'm basically obsessed with Neutrogena in general so I've been trying out ALL their face washes. I just started trying this one about 3 days ago...OMG SO GOOD!! First, it feels AMAZING as you're rubbing it on. It really is invigorating! It exfoliates JUST enough so your skin is SO soft after it's washed off. And it smells SO good! I literally changed my nighttime routine just so I could go to bed smelling it on my hands. (Is that weird?) I have combination-oily skin. I'm not sure if it helps with acne because I have doctor prescribed products for that. You'll LOVE it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New and Improved is neither I've been using this facewash forever. I just purchased more and my skin BURNED within seconds of applying it. I thought maybe it was my make up or something but the same thing happened the next day. I checked the bottle and saw it was "new and improved". Upon further investigation, I realized it is now distributed by Johnson and many of the ingredients have changed. Something is now (after nearly a decade) negatively reacting and I cannot use this anymore. This was my go to and I kept using despite all the price increases but I can't handle the extremely painful burning. Extremely disappointed and sick of "Neutrogena" messing with good products.

I have read nothing but good reviews about this product, and I have to say I've always been partial to the lovely blue color and the promise of "cool, tingling" cleansing. I finally decided to buy this recently and I was blown away. Not only do I feel the fresh, cooling sensation while I use this scrub on my face, I feel it afterward for a good while, so I know I got a thorough, deep cleansing. I also like that it foams up gently. I'm not too sure about the scent--it's a strange, ultra-clean medicated-type scent. I don't hate it or love it--it's just...different. But, regardless, I love this scrub. It does an excellent job keeping my skin cleansed and smooth and glowy.

Rules of business always gravitate towards your audience! Listen to your consumers! Unfortunately and until this company brings back the old foam scrub, I will have to buy something else that's not neutrogena! Please bring back the old scrub Simple!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Scrub! I had a ton of recommendations from my friends about this product so I decided to try it and I love it! Cleans so deep and makes my skin so soft, smells amazing too. Love how tingly and clean my skin feels after I use it and absolutely love the foaming part of it, it's just like a cleanser and scrub in one! My only negative is it doesn't really treat acne but it doesn't make it worse either so I'm not really complaining!

Recently, Neutrogena reformulated the product claiming it is new and improved. While new, the product is now been rendered terrible. The old product made my skin feel clean and fresh. The new formulation makes my skin feel slimy and unclean! It is absolutely terrible compared to the old formula. I imagine the formula was changed due to some made up EPA bull. I wish I could have the old product back! Hey Neutrogena, can I buy a case of the old formula? Please let me know.

Directions
Squeeze scrub into wet hands. Rub hands together. Add more water and rub hands together to work into foamy lather. Apply to face and massage gently, avoiding contact with the delicate eye area. Rinse thoroughly. Use daily.
