Rated 2 out of 5 by from Umm I like the fact that it takes off my mascara and eye make up easily, but didn't realize that using it all over my face would cause my t-zone to be oily (even though I wash my face after applying) and my jawline and around my mouth to break out. Since I battled with acne for several years and finally reached the bliss of clear skin, this really disappointed me and I hope it clears up soon. I suppose I should have researched the product beforehand, I just wanted to be sure all my makeup as being removed before bed. However, the price is good and takes off eye makeup well. I don't recommend all over application if you have acne-prone skin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad reaction I have been using this makeup remover for years now, I opened a new pack about 2 weeks ago and my eyes got extremely puffy but I just thought it was from allergies so I continued to use these. Last week I broke out in hives all over my body it was horrible!! I thought it was from antibiotics I was on so once again I continued to use these.. two days ago the hives started to come back and I saw a post about people getting the same reactions as I was from these!! I’m lad I found the source other wise who knows how long this would’ve went on.. really disappointed I just bought 4 packs of these:-) Hope people read these before buying/using these makeup wipes now

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Bad Red buring Rash on Face!!!! I have used Neutrogena make up removers for many years, I never had this issue before up to about a month ago. My eyes are extremely red and very dry and scaling, plus burn severely. I am very upset and am having a very hard time getting the redness and burning to subside. I purposely stopped using nd they did subside a bit but did use one this past Saturday and today my face is all inflamed! I'm not sure what can be done but I normally but the wipes at BJ's and have quite a few left that I guess I should throw out, unless Neutrogena would like them back to run some tests?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Causes Burning/ Watery Eyes Just like Maddie12345 I’ve been using this product for so long and have always loved it. I have even tried other makeup removing products and have always gone back to this one. However, I agree that something in this product must of changed because around May 2018 the wipes started to burn my eyes causing them to water up and get extremely red for days. I would remove my makeup before bed and immediately feel the burning sensation and then they would start to water. This even made it difficult to put on and wear any eye makeup the next few days because my eyes would continue to water and wash it all away and cause redness and itchy eyes. Sadly I will not be buying this product again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hurts my face!!! I have been using Neutrogena products for years and have always had great results! I bought two packs the other day one for me and the other for my daughter. These makeup wipes were so abrasive on my skin and they actually hurt when I applied them. Forget about trying to remove eye makeup that is when the real problems began! My eyes became red, itchy and puffy. I am so disappointed in this product. It does the opposite of what I was looking for. Instead of being gentle on my skin it was super abrasive. If you have sensitive skin STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burned my eyelids I bought these makeup remover wipes as I was traveling for business and wanted something quick to use at a hotel, rather than bring all my usual cleansers. I assumed the wipes were safe for eyes as packaging says removes mascara. Durning the night, my eyelids started burning. I woke up this morning and my eyes are puffy, raw, and sore. I am embarrassed to attend the rest of my business meetings because I look like I’ve been up crying and can barely keep my eyes open. I do not recommend these wipes. They ruined my trip.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burned Skin Terribly! NEVER using neutrogena again I have been using these wipes for a few months but last night opened up a new pack and used one and woke up in the morning with a rash that turned into more of a chemical burn all over my face and neck. I have missed 2 days of work and school and am in so much pain! I don’t know what chemicals were in this package but my skin is fried! I would love to post a picture to show the severity of what this product has done to my skin! Stay away from this product and find something more natural.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Face rash This is normally the only makeup remover I use because it worked so wonderfully. But this last package has actually caused such a horrible rash on my cheeks. At first I couldn't believe that the Neutrogena makeup remover wipes was the problem. But the more I used them the worse my face rash got, and it begin spreading to my chin. I quit using them and began using something else, and my face quickly cleared up. So what ever the problem was, it had to do with the Neutrogena makeup remover wipes. I would recommend a different product to remove makeup, unless you enjoy walking around with a sore rash across your face.
