Nice N Easy Permanent Color, Natural Blue Black 124, 1 application is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 578.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not use unless you want to look like Morticia! I have naturally dark brown hair, I just wanted to cover a few greys. I was hoping for a nice dark brown, ergo my choice of darkest brown. I ended up looking like Morticia from the Addams family!! My parents couldn't stop staring at me and saying "It's SO blue-black, you look awful". That's great, just what I wanted to hear. I cried, and then I went to the store to buy a kit called Color Oops, and that lifted some of the black out. My hair is severely damaged from doubling up on hair treatment too quickly. I won't be using Nice and Easy any more. If I knew how to get a refund, I would do it. Unless you want black hair, do not use this product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BLACK! I have been coloring my hair as long as I can remember. For the past few years I had been visiting a salon to have highlights put in my hair. In November 2009 I went back dark. I had always had a darker brown hair with natural red highlights. I let me hair grow out and in May I colored my hair using Clairol Nice and Easy Natural Dark Brown. This time I wanted something a little darker so I decided to go with JUST ONE SHADE darker! And now my hair is BLACK! There are no varying tones. My hair is simply jet black! I am bvery disappointed and I HIGHLY suggest to Clairol to rename this product as it does not turn your hair Brown it turns it Black!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from natural darkest brown, where have u gone? Missing you I love 121A natural darkest brown. I see people are complaining about how dark it is but they must have not done alot of checking against other brands before coloring. Ive tried different colors in the past. This color is basically considered "soft black" in other brands. I love it though.its not an actual black.when your hair gets hit by the sun, it shows the dark brown with beautiful red highlights. My hubby loves my hair and i love this color! My problem is, i cant find it lately in any of my local stores. All the stores seem to be going to the nice and easy foam. But the foam; (as easy as it is to apply!) ive realized after using it twice now; isnt as dark.very disappointing.I dont really want to have to start buying online but i may just have to start.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice n' Easy to the rescue I bought another brand of hair dye while waiting for my buzz kit to arrive. Well that ended up in a disaster. My hair was red like a clowns hair. Thank goodness my buzz kit with Clairol Nice n' Easy came. I called their customer service number to see when I will be able to attempt to re-dye my hair. Waited the recommended time and this time used Nice n'Easy. Well it not only covers stubborn gray hair but also horrible red hair dye as well. I now love Nice n' easy and this will be my brand from now on. Not only does it cover gray but it also is one of the most affordable hair dyes out there. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Definitely Not For Me I received the Clairol Nice'nEasy #6A/114 Natural Light Ash Brown shade free from Clairol in exchange for my review of the product. Upon opening the bottles to mix the solution, there was a strong chemical odor that aggravated my sinuses and eyes. The smell seemed to grow stronger as the shade turned to the desired color. I was only able to leave the color on for 5 minutes as my scalp started tingling and I had to rinse the coloring out immediately. This product may be okay for the average person to use but I experienced too much sensitivity from the chemicals and will not be purchasing it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good coverage. I think this is a good product, but I think an applcator with a comb would be better. I found it to be a little messy to apply, with easy clean up, and no dripping during the wait time. Since I have grey hair, I left the color on for the full suggested time. It had a light scent and turned purple and then dark while I waited. It was easy to rinse out, and left my hair soft and shiny, and provided good grey coverage. I would like to thank Clairol and Bzz Agent for letting me try and review this product. I have used a cream colorant before, but not this color. I like the color, and would it again. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Clairol Nice N Easy I received Clairol Nice N Easy in Blue/Black free for my honest review. I am sad to say I was disappointed in this product. I love many other Clairol products but this wasn't one of them. The dye stuck to my scalp for over 2 weeks. I tried to scrub it off and it didn't work. When I scratched my scalp my nails were black underneath from the dye. The color was pretty and it did cover my entire mane. I would love to see them work on this. I have used many box dyes and none of them left me with a black scalp. Thank you the opportunity to try it, I wish I could have given it a higher rating. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still going strong It's probably been about a month or so since I've dyed my hair with the Clairol Natural Dark Auburn colored hair dye. Typically at this point, my hair looking dingy and dull and it's time to reapply all over color. At this point, the hair dye seems to be staying strong. I do definitely need to touch up my roots, but the overall color is still doing great. The red is really only visible in natural light or sunlight, but the color is beautiful and definitely NATURAL. Natural is a look I need and want. I have received this hair dye for free from Clairol, in exchange for my honest opinion. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
