Rated 4 out of 5 by from Product availability I use 6.43, light natural auburn. Or I try to. This very color is featured on your tv ads. But good luck trying to find it. If I am lucky, the local Walgreens may have it. If not, it's a half hour drive, and I live near ten drugstores at least. This is not an odd or off color. I'm to the point I'm going to switch brands but I'm pleased with the color and am afraid to change. But I'm tired of the hassle. Aldo, why are there never any coupons for this product? This is another reason to switch. Garnered L'Oréal coupons everywhere but never olia. Availability of 6.43 needs to be much greater.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from liked at first the first 3 times or so that I used Olia I really liked it. It made my hair soft and more manageable, and the color lasted about 4 weeks. Very happy with it. But the last time I used it, about a week ago something was different, the conditioner didn't feel the same, it didn't have the same results. Then about a week after using it I noticed my gray was showing already, and that had never happened before. This is very disappointing as I thought I had found a new hair color to cover my gray without ammonia. I really don't want to have to go back to the permanent color with ammonia, but I certainly don't want my gray showing a week later either. If you changed something, please change it back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good and Bad. First the bad. While I liked the consistency of the product and that there is no unpleasant odor, it didn't color my porous ends any better than the cheap brand I sometimes use. And the bottle! It needs to be redesigned with a non-slip surface, due to the round shape as soon as dye got on the gloves it popped out of my hand 3 times because it is so slippery. Not good. That might be enough to prevent me from buying it again. The good, no bad smell and it left my hair soft and shiny. Don't know yet if the color will last any longer than other brands. I used the Light Natural Auburn and my hair is several inches below my shoulders.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WONDERFUL! 3 months ago I highlighted my hair accidentally over processing it. It has been a mess of dried tangled ends. I researched several products trying to find one that would not do further damage but still get rid of my roots. I am sold on Olia! Even my dried, burned ends were soft and silky. I can't believe that my hair is in BETTER condition AFTER than it was before! I LOVE this stuff. I don't know yet how well it will "wear" but the color is fabulous right now. Not too bright as even medium reds can be. I think I've found my product. Just please, change the application bottle....with small hands in loose gloves and a "wet" bottle, it is almost impossible to hold on to. I'll get a "regular" bottle from Sally's next time. Everything else is PERFECT!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed.... I have used Garnier Nutrisse in 67 light auburn since it came on the market, but since this product has been discontinued, I had to find a substitute. The natural choice would be this product. So wrong. The applicator bottle shape makes it difficult to hold. There is not enough product to cover my short hair. Even after following directions closely, this does not cover all my grey. This leaves my hair dull, limp, & the color fades very quickly. I wanted to like this product, but after using it 3 times, I am going elsewhere. Please bring back Nutrisse 67 light auburn.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Love it! I have been using this for about a year after I couldn't get in to see my hairdresser...I never went back after using this. I get more compliments now than when I had it professionally done. On top of that my hair is in better condition and the color is perfect. I have been using the light natural auburn and I love it, looks very natural.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic product and wonderful color. Thanks!! I have been blessed all my life with a beautiful shade of auburn red hair. Not orange and not brown. Well, like everyone else my hair lost the beautiful natural color I had always had as I got older. It got darker. I got a very small amount of grey which was worth keeping and not covering as long as my color was still nice. I am now 58 and over the past year have given in to coloring my hair hoping for my auburn but when I see others it is very clear that finding what I wanted was not going to be an easy task. When I came upon this I hit the jack pot!!! Fantastic color. Sure, the bottle is not the most comfortable and has room for improvement but the ease in the entire process and the wonderful outcome was well worth it for me. I love this product and I love the shade I have chosen. If you are blessed with the outcome I have, you will be very happy. Good luck !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not for me At this point it really doesnt matter what the product does for my hair - the whole thing is so badly designed from start to finish that I doubt I'd buy it again. First you have to put the developer in the bottle? It isn't already there? And the gloves aren't designed for a larger woman - they were to tight. And once I started to apply the color, and my gloved hands were wet - the bottle kept slipping out of my hands and falling on the floor! :( Then I noticed that, because of the design of the bottle, there is a lot of product that you just can't get out. Like I said, I don't think I'll be buying this again unless they change the design. It's cute - but just not practical.
