Active Ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride (0.02%), Benzocaine (20%), Zinc Chloride (0.1%). Inactive Ingredients: Allantoin, Carbomer, Edetate Disodium, Peppermint Oil, Polyethylene Glycol, Polysorbate 60, Propyl Gallate, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Povidone, Sodium Saccharin, Sorbic Acid, Stearyl Alcohol.

Do not use this product if you have a history of allergy to local anesthetics such as procaine, butacaine, benzocaine or any other caine anesthetics. Sore throat if sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting consult a doctor promptly. Do not use: in a child under 5 years of age. Stop use and ask a doctor if: sore mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days, irritation, pain or redness persists or worsens, swelling, rash or fever develops.
