Rated 2 out of 5 by from I have teeth to brush, not a lawn to mow! I've been using a Colgate power brush; there weren't any so I thought I'd try this at twice the price. It is VERY loud inside your head. And I don't feel my teeth are as clean as they should be. I brush, manual or power, for a minimum of two minutes and the Colgate had my teeth nicely cleaned. I don't feel that feeling right now (only 2 minutes after brushing). It is much larger than I expected as well. I'm a woman and need a woman sized toothbrush (as was the Colgate -- only men may say the same thing about the Colgate). All in all, I'll go to another store and see if I can find a Colgate. I DO like the brush cap however. Clever!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better Than I Was Expecting I think the Oral-B 3D White Battery Toothbrush is a solid buy. I've never used an electric toothbrush before, they all seemed overpriced and not really worth it. After trying this one, my mind is changed. It takes a single AA battery and cleans teeth really well. I like the shape of the round head because it makes it easy to get around my molars completely. I do wish the bristles were a little softer and the brush itself a little quieter (the reason it was only four stars and not five), but overall I'm very impressed with the brush. It'll be interesting to see if my dentist notices next time I go in! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very pleased I am surprised at the reviews here - perhaps Oral-B has improved their product since these reviews were written. I used to use a Spinbrush (made by Crest, I think) but it was old and I wanted to replace it, so I decided to try one of these. It is much lighter to hold (it uses only one battery instead of two) and seems to be built much better. Water and toothpaste always seemed to get inside the Spinbrush, making a yukky mess out of it and requiring a lot of extra rinsing of the inside part (where the brush head plugged in, and the battery compartment), but the Oral-B is better designed . I also much prefer the feel of the brush head - it feels like it hugs my teeth, but it also feels gentler on them... hard to explain. I would enthusiastically recommend this to a friend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product! I think this toothbrush did a good job. I use a whitening toothpaste and the combination did seem to polish my teeth a bit. Only one thing kept this from being a 5 star review - it would be nice if some sort of cover came with the toothbrush. Airborne bacteria, especially in bathrooms, is something a cover would assist in protecting the toothbrush from. It's quieter as well compared to similar battery powered toothbrushes on the market. The product turns off and on very easily and the handle is extremely well designed and comfortable to hold. I used the product for a week and am considering buying one for my husband. Rated 1 out of 5 by from WASTE OF MONEY I purchased this useless toothbrush several weeks ago and the spinning head has never worked. I didn't realize it was supposed to spin until this morning when I used it and it starting spinning while I was rinsing it. So I tried it on my teeth and it stopped as soon as I touched it to my tooth and will not start spinning again. It is too late to take it back to the store for a refund. My dentist suggested an Oral B spinning brush but i like a full head so chose this model. Should have read these reviews before purchasing. I am extremely disappointed and will now consider other brands that may be more reliable and perform as they are intended too. I'd send the product back to you but don't need to spend any more money on a product that does not perform as described.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty nice electric toothbrush I have not used a battery toothbrush for some time. I recently took the oral b on a cruise and used it several times per day. It has reasonable power and made my teeth feel glassy clean without irritating or tickling my gums. I previously used a sonic which made my mouth feel weird. Another nice feature is that it fits in a travel holder and many do not. I wish it had a timer on it, either short pauses indicating the need to switch quadrants or one two minute period with automatic shut-off. I haven’t looked at the price point. I mean it can’t be as expensive as a sonic, so I think I would buy another one or a replacement head [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oral-B 3D White Battery Toothbrush This battery operated electronic toothbrush has a unique brush head with oval and square bristles, which makes for fast, efficient, and thorough cleaning. The power level seems good for a battery operated device. It would also be an ideal toothbrush for travel, in addition to home use, since all you would have to worry about is having extra batteries with you rather than lugging around a charging stand - in case the toothbrush runs out of power out on the road. Crest 3D White toothpaste has been my recent preferred brand; and now Oral-B has developed an electric toothbrush to match in this line of advanced toothcare products. Well done! Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing I've always happily used a Crest SpinBrush but the battery life in them is very short so I decided to give this one a try because "It's the #1 dentist recommended brand." When I got home and tried it out it was like using a weed eater in my mouth. The brush is LOUD and vibrates so hard that it was actually uncomfortable to use. Since a used toothbrush isn't returnable, I just threw it out and went back to a manual until I can get something else.
