Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overnight absorbency, underwear for men and women Why did you change something that wasn't broken?? Did you change this product to save money?? Because now you are costing the customer more money, because of leaking underwear, more wet clothes and more wet sheets to wash. The old product was excellent, BEST you could buy, now it's JUNK, JUNK, JUNK!! These don't do half the job that the old product did. Note the reviews that love the product.....before the change. Look at the reviews now, totally different, because they are not a good product anymore. So sad you made life more difficult for people that depend on a good product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used to be a GREAT profuct... I have been using RiteAid Incontinence briefs for 8-9 years. I seitched to them after CVS made some horrible changes, thus losing me as a customer. RiteAid briefs were AMAZING! Until someone decided to fux something that wasn’t broken and change these protective underwear to useless product. Judging from other comments - I am not alone. I have gone to a number of local RiteAid stores and bought all older versions of them, but will have to altogether switch the brand, unless RiteAid listens to its customers and reverts to the pre March 2018 change.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New changes are awful I am very disappointed with your last change in early 2018 to your overnight underwear. They used to be excellent in every respect. We have been using these for some time they were the best ones on the market. Your recent change has made these worthless. You removed the leak guards and now I will no longer buy your brand. These are now just like the cheap wmart brand that are barely ok for daytime light use and have frequent leaks and are about half the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rite Aid underwear for men and women I am the individual that wrote your second review of this product. As I stated in the review we have been using this product for over ten years and we have considered it to be the best on the market. I just received my usual order of twenty of the 16 count underwear. I was surprised to find it is in a new fancy wrapping, colorful and advertising the way we viewed the product in the past.. Then I open a package, to find that you have put it in a fancy cover and degraded the product tremendously. It is no longer thick padding and it is now worthless. You have gone to great expense for a new covering and down graded the product, I guess to pay for your new advertising on the cover. I am sorry I trusted you not to down grade a good product. We will now go in search of a replacement. And it will not be a Rite Aid product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New design I've used these for over 10 yrs and they've always worked great. Since they redesigned it they now leak out the sides because they removed the leak guards. These were the best thing on the market. Not anymore. I'll be looking elsewhere now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rite aid underwear for men and women overnight abs This new revised style is not as good as the previous style. The fit is different and our 89 year old 110 lb aunt found them uncomfortable and the absorbency is not as good. I returned 5 of the 6 packages i ordered due to leakage at night.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not nearly as good as before They “cheaped out” and removed the leak guards! These were a great value when they had leak guards but are now just another cheap product with limited use. I have OAB and am prone to occasional fairly large and sudden releases of urine. Without leak guards even the thick absorbent padding can’t handle the volume and they leak out the side.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wetting bed The new style is too small to absorb urine overnight and thus they leak, which causes the bed to become wet and that is very upsetting.
