TruBiotics is a daily probiotic supplement that naturally helps support digestive and immune health by supporting the 70% of your immune system found in the digestive tract - according to the product advertising.
This product was easy to swallow and easy to remember to use. Personally, I felt it had a positive effect on my digestive system and I am always on the look out for a positive effect there! One A Day TruBiotics ChallengeI received a free sample bottle of TruBiotics. I accepted the mission to take one a day for a few weeks. I really enjoyed adding this probiotic to my daily routine. I would take one every morning after I dropped my 3 kids off at school and ate breakfast. I immediately would go workout as usual after taking the probiotic. My favorite part was not only adding to my gut health in a positive way but TruBiotics didn't upset my stomach ever and were gentle on my system. A more healthy ME!I recently took theTruBiotics® ONCE A DAY challenge and every morning at breakfast I took one capsule before starting my busy day.At the end of the two week challenge , I felt like I was doing more for my overall immune health and digestive system than I ever had before.
TruBiotics® ONCE A DAY made such a difference in my over all well being that I have continued taking it and have made it part of my daily routine so that I can continue to keep my good bacteria replenished and my immune system healthy!

One a Day TruBioticsOne A Day TruBiotics ProBiotics is my probiotic of choice! I like the small size of the capsules, they are easier to swallow. I appreciate the small size and lock tight container, it is great for travelling. I like the fact that there is not foul after taste either. I like the feeling of well-being when I take my probiotic daily, I feel as if I'm doing something good for my digestive health. I would recommend One A Day TruBiotics to all of my friends and family. My reviewI received One A Day TruBiotics to try for free from Smiley360 and while I was really excited to try them in the end I wasn't to impressed. Maybe taking them for a longer time the results might be different. Within 3 weeks of taking them I decided I had to stop. I felt bloated and my bowl movements went to every other day and hard stools. This product was the only new thing I was doing so I stopped. Maybe it was just me who knows. I have been taking TruBiotics for a little over two months now and it has worked like a dream for me. In the past, I had so much gas, bloating and upset stomach and was miserable most of the time. What a reliefI received a months supply of One A Day TruBiotics to try through Smiley 360. The product comes in in a flip top bottle that is easy to open. The bottle contained 30 capsules which according to directions are to be taken one a day. The capsules were easy to swallow with no aftertaste and my stomach seems to feel a lot better after taking the product.
