I have been taking this product as recommended and have noticed a significant difference in the strength and length of my fingernails already after just 2 weeks, so I imagine that it is working in other areas like my joints and hair and gut health etc.... I have also noticed the skin on my face seems to be clearing up slightly which I am super excited about. I take 2 tables with my breakfast, 2 with lunch and 2 with my dinner to get the recommended 6 per day. It is a little hard to take so many pills, but if continues to improve like it has, I will keep on taking them just like recommended... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's ok. I was excited to try this, because my hair is dull, and my nails are brittle. Now, starting off with the packaging. I think it's different and cool. Now, for the product itself. Pills themselves are huge and kind of hard to swallow and you have to take 3 a day. I think they would be better if they were gummies or the pills were a little smaller. I have not really seen much improvement. Really the only thing I have noticed is that my nails seem to have grown a little quicker. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Collagen tablets I've been taking the 6 tablets a day for about a week. They are flavorless and don't leave a nasty aftertaste while you take them. It is best to make sure you eat a good meal before you take them. You will get nauseous if you do not. So far my nails have been growing pretty well. I was having a problem with my nails being lackluster but they are seemingly back to normal. Hair wise, I'm not seeing as much breakage or loss as I was seeing before. I would definitely consider purchasing another bottle after I finish with this one to continue and see what other benefits I may see. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Nails Grow! The Youtheory Collagen, Type 1 & 3, Tablets are a good value for your money. I have brittle nails and this is why I tried these tablets. I didn't notice results until maybe mid way through taking them but as I observe my nails now, I notice them growing! My hair seems more manageable now as well and I have extremely thick and coarse hair, but when I style it since taking the tablets, I have noticed it is easier to style and seems softer. One con to these, you do have to take 6 every day but the benefits out way this minor problem. In conclusion, these work and I love them! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I am 54 and taking better care of myself is something I have become more conscious of in the last few years, this includes taking daily vitamins and supplements and taking better care of my hair and skin. I starting incorporating Youtheory to help with my concerns. These tablets are easy to take, and I feel have helped me feel better about myself. I feel the added collagen helps my overall apprearance and skin, nails and thinning hair. I would recommend this product to anyone who is just concerned about their overall health and wants to do something to help with this. I will continue to take these. Great supplement! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for skin, hair, and nail health! I recently been trying this product for my hair, skin, and nail health for an overall replenishment in collagen in the body. Collagen is a protein found in the body and the older you get the less collagen is found naturally in the body. I’m 26 and feel that it’s not too early for me to start taking care of my body! I’ve always taken vitamins for my health but I am excited to add this to my list. The lid is large and very easy to open. Rated 5 out of 5 by from My nails look great! I received this product in a timely manner and was excited to start using this product right away. Youtheory collagen tablets are very easy to use. They are tasteless and don’t leave an after taste in your mouth like others can. I suggest eating before taking otherwise you may notice that you get a little nauseous. My nails were cracking and breaking very easy and after a few weeks my nails look amazing and are stronger than before. My hair loss is not as bad as it was before I started taking and I noticed I don’t have as much breakage.
