    Rite Aid Rewards FAQs

    Rite Aid Rewards is a points-and-rewards based loyalty program that allows customers to earn points on eligible* Rite Aid purchases made in Rite Aid store locations, online and through our mobile app.  Plus, customers can earn points for pharmacy pickups, vaccinations and more. Customers can convert their points to BonusCash to be used as a discount at checkout on a future purchase. There is no cost to enroll in the program.

     

    Rite Aid Rewards offers more ways than ever to earn points for BonusCash, access special promotions and personalized offers.

    • Our special Rite Aid Rewards 65+ program for customers aged 65 and older (formerly wellness65+) has been refreshed, with 5X points on first Wednesday of every month, in addition to earning points every other day of the year 
    • Members-only digital coupons (formerly referred to as Load2Card), redeemable in-store and online 
    • Opportunity to participate in KidsCents round-up program  

     

    To take full advantage of your benefits, be sure to enter your phone number associated with your Rite Aid Rewards account at the register or sign in online.

    Visit RiteAid.com/rewards to learn how the program works, create account easily, learn about ways to start earning more points right away and read the terms and conditions. You may enroll in Rite Aid Rewards online at RiteAid.com, through the Rite Aid app, or at a participating Rite Aid location. Customers who create account in-store can submit their phone numbers to begin earning Points right away.  However, to complete enrollment, Members must create an online profile (“Digital Account”), either through the RiteAid app or RiteAid.com.  A Digital Account is required to convert Points to BonusCash, and to redeem other Offers.  If you need assistance, please call 1-800-RITEAID (1-800-748-3243).  

    As a Rite Aid Rewards member, you can earn points on eligible purchases* made in Rite Aid locations, online and through our mobile app.  As well as for prescription pickups.  Points are calculated based on purchase price minus coupons, and discounts, and before taxes, shipping costs, or other fees are applied. Points are valid for 90 days from the date of deposit.

     

    • In-Store and Online Purchases: 
      • 10 POINTS = per $1 spent on qualifying front-end product (in store or online)*  
    • Prescription Pickup - For non-government-funded prescriptions 
      • 250 POINTS = per 30-day or less prescription pickup**  
      • 750 POINTS = per 31-day or more prescription pickup**
        Available only in certain states** 
    • Prescription Pickup - For government-funded prescriptions 
      • 10 points = per $1 spend on co-pay on government-funded prescriptions (not to exceed 250 points per prescription. 
        Available only in certain states**
    • Immunizations
      • 250 Points per eligible immunization given at an in-store pharmacy location (available only in certain states; does not apply to COVID-19 vaccines, other exclusions may apply).

    BonusCash is a Rite Aid Rewards coupon that can be redeemed as a discount on future eligible purchases.

    Members can accrue BonusCash two ways:

    1. Earn points that can be converted into BonusCash.  Members can convert points into BonusCash in three increments:
      • 1,000 POINTS = $2 BonusCash 
      • 2,000 POINTS = $4 BonusCash 
      • 3,000 POINTS = $6 BonusCash 
    2. Earn BonusCash by purchasing promoted products that are directly deposited into a member’s account the day after converting points to BonusCash or purchasing qualifying promoted products.   

    To convert your points to BonusCash, simply sign in to your digital account.  

     

    • Members can convert points into BonusCash at three thresholds:
      • 1,000 POINTS = $2 BonusCash 
      • 2,000 POINTS = $4 BonusCash 
      • 3,000 POINTS = $6 BonusCash 
    • Instant or converted BonusCash is automatically deposited into a member’s account by 6 a.m. ET the next day and available to redeem at checkout on a subsequent purchase. 
    • BonusCash is valid for 30 days from date of deposit.   
    • When redeeming BonusCash, whether earned by points conversion or purchase of promoted items, it is applied at time of purchase as a discount to the eligible balance before taxes.

    • Challenges are new opportunities to earn more BonusCash by earning extra points through the purchase of your favorite items or brands over a multi-week timeframe. You select the challenges you want to “take on” and track your points progress to win through the BonusCash Challenges hub on RiteAid.com/rewards or Rite Aid app.
    • Only customers enrolled in Rite Aid Rewards can participate in BonusCash Challenges.

    Our digital coupon feature (formerly referred to as Load2Card) is a convenient tool that lets you select coupons online, load them directly into your Rite Aid Rewards account and redeem them at your local Rite Aid store or online. Digital coupons make saving money easy with no need to clip or print paper coupons! 

    Please ensure you have met all of the purchase requirements for your selected offers. 

     

    • For pickup orders, BonusCash and digital coupons will be applied at the time of pickup. To redeem a digital coupon, be sure to pick up your order before the expiration date.
    • For delivery orders, BonusCash and digital coupons are applied once your order is ready to be delivered.

    • Rite Aid Rewards 65+ (formerly wellness65+ program) is a program for our members aged 65 or older that provides exclusive offers.   
    • Rite Aid Rewards 65+ members receive all the benefits of Rite Aid Rewards PLUS a special day on the first Wednesday of each month when they earn 5 TIMES the points on eligible purchases
