    You can now place an order on RiteAid.com to get your products delivered on the same or next day. Delivery is available seven days a week, excluding national holidays, to select locations during regular business hours. Eligible items can be scheduled to arrive within three hours, which is delivered to you from your local Rite Aid store by a trusted courier partner.   

    On RiteAid.com, choose products that are labeled with “Delivery.” Set your store in the store locator. A “Delivery” filter will appear in the menu above the product results if delivery is available in your area. Add eligible products to your cart and complete the checkout process. Select a time slot that works best for you and place your order. Once you’ve completed checkout, we will email you an order confirmation. You will be notified when your order is being prepared for delivery, when it is out for delivery, and when it is delivered.

    To check, set your store location to enable  Delivery within the "How are you shopping today?" filter and select Delivery to enter your delivery address.

    Delivery Details

    Same-Day Delivery fee starts at $5.99, while Next-Day Delivery starts at $3.99. This fee is subject to change.

    Yes, there is a $25 order minimum for Delivery.  

    Certain stores are required to charge a bag fee as per city/state law. Currently, there is no option to opt out of receiving a bag.

    This fee is collected for recycling items. This will show as a pre-authorized charge in your order confirmation. If you do not have an item that requires recycling, the fee will automatically be removed from your receipt at time of pickup.

    BonusCash and digital coupons are applied once your order is packed. You will receive an email confirmation with an updated order total once your order is ready for delivery. 

    Tips are not required, but greatly appreciated. You'll have the option to tip during the checkout process. Delivery drivers receive 100% of their tips. 

    Once your order is out for delivery, we will send you an email confirmation with real time tracking, as well as a text notification if you have chosen to subscribe during the checkout process. You will be notified again by email and/or text when your order arrives.  

    You can choose to have your delivery left at your door or have it handed to you. Additional drop off instructions can be provided at check out. 

    Orders placed before your store’s local cutoff time, which is typically at 6pm, will be delivered on the same day within 3 hours based on your scheduled time slot. Store hours may vary by location. 

    Orders that are placed 2-3 hours from closing, or when the store is closed, will be delivered the next available day. To ensure Same-Day Delivery, place your order by the local cutoff time, which is typically at 6pm. Store hours may vary by location. 

    You can make changes to your order while it’s still in the processing stage. Process times vary from store to store. However, once your order is being prepared for delivery, it can no longer be edited or canceled. You will receive an email notification when your order is being prepared for delivery. 


    To edit your order:


    1. Access your Rite Aid account 

    2. Select Purchase History on RiteAid.com

    3. Select the order you’d like to edit 

    4. If your order can still be edited, you will be able to edit your delivery address or instructions, which can be found at the bottom of the page 




    To cancel your order:


    1. Access your Rite Aid account

    2. Select Purchase History on RiteAid.com

    3. Select the order you’d like to cancel

    4. If your order can still be cancelled, you will be able to select the Cancel Order option, which can be found beneath the Order Date

    Yes, for each product in your order, you can enable or disable substitutions. 

    If you enable substitutions and an item from your order is out of stock, we’ll find the closest available replacement at or below the price of your original selection so you don’t miss anything. They will be refunded for any price difference between originally selected product and substitution product. If you’d prefer to receive only your first choice, you can turn substitutions off. 

    For any products with substitutions enabled, we’ll choose only replacement products that cost the same or less. If your substitute item is cheaper than the original, we’ll refund you the price difference.
