Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not just for rash, heals acne as well!!! My daughter (14 yrs old) has had really horrible hormonal breakouts and she told me a friend recommended Desitin. I thought it sounded a bit off the wall, but when I saw that is contained Zinc Oxide I thought we'd give it a try. She wears it as a mask at night. After the first night she saw a reduction in pimples and after a week she is more excited than she has ever been with all types of other chemical products (she doesn't like the smell of tea tree oil).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Baby Butt Rash I received a sample sized tube of Desitin Max strength courtesy of PinchMe to try out. I have two kids one of which is only 4months old so I know to have diaper cream on hand. I have used regular Desitin before and was happy with it and I thought Desitin Max strength worked great as well. It actually cleared up my baby's diaper rash quicker than the original one so I was very pleased. The only downside would be that I felt like the more I used it, the more his butt got used to it. So I would recommend using the Max Strength when the rash is harsher and won't go away with regular cream. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Destin Maximum Strength Works Great! I received a full size bottle of Destin Maximum Strength from Pinch Me to sample and here is my feedback. It works great! From my experience with my little one, it works better than its competitors. It completely cleared up a diaper rash that was starting. It worked really quick, within 24 hours. I was glad to see a product that isn't super expensive and easily accessible did what it said it would do. It is also Paraben-free, so that's always a plus! I will continue to use this on my children to protect them from their skin chafing! I recommended this to a bunch of my mommy friends! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Swimsuit chafing I am a Senior who enjoys pool exercise classes. Having been experiencing much discomfort with chafing in the groin area, I tried every remedy that I could find, including creams and ointments. I finally decided to try one more remedy...your paste. Now I am able to enjoy the class and not have to suffer when I get arrive home.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This beats the competition My son seems to have constant diaper rash and I have tried Aquaphor, Boudreaux's Butt Paste, Vaseline, everything. I also tried Desitin but not the Maximum Strength version. Nothing really worked, the rash would go away and come back again. I tried the Maximum Strength version and it actually worked really fast, within a couple of hours the diaper rash had gone down and was pretty much gone by the next day. The smell is a little bit medicinal, but I don't mind that. I also like that it's not greasy. I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review.
