- Go to your collection appointment be prepared to show government-issued photo ID for each adult and a recent photograph of each minor child. The collector will complete the required paperwork and then send it to us with your DNA samples and required 139 lab fee via prepaid express courier (such as FedEx or UPS)
- You receive notifications via email when results are ready
