How to insert Softdisc Step 1 Wash your hands and sit on the toilet. Step 2 Squeeze opposite sides of rim together. Step 3 Insert Softdisc down and back until you can no longer feel it. Step 4 Push the rim of Softdisc up behind the pubic bone. How to remove Softdisc Step 1 Wash your hands. Step 2 Simply hook your finger under the rim and slowly pull straight out making sure to keep the disc parallel to the toilet bowl.
